Mission:

The Angelnook Spiritual Learning Center in Cranston, Rhode Island; is a place wheredivinely-influenced artists and
spiritually enlightened people come together to create, learn, and share knowledge.The gallery represents many
spiritually- inspired painters, sculptors, jewelers, authors, and photographers while hosting lectures, and classes about the metaphysical and ethereal mysteries of life.Our mission is to help emerging and established artists show new and exciting artwork as well as to expose them to different galleries not only in the United States, but in galleries worldwide.


Artist Representation/ Membership Benefits:

One month long exhibition every contract period- averaging once every 12 months. The exhibition includes publicity, e-vites and opening reception.

Continuous retail exposure: all member artists will have at least one piece installed in the back gallery at all times.

·
Each member artist will be featured on the gallery websites with their own page showing works of art as well as bio and artist statement.A link from the gallery website to your individual member artist website is also available.

·
Opportunity
to create Giclee prints of artists work to be sold online and in the gallery.

·
Consistency of Email Blasts and Press Releases through our own Client Database

·
Ability to copyright artists work for artist

Artist membership Responsibilities:

·
One year membership; yearly dues of $2,500. (Payment Plans can be arranged)

·
Provide your mailing/ e-dress lists for gallery openings and marketing purposes.

·
Actively reach out to additional prospective members and clientele

Artist Portfolio Review:

The Angelnook Gallery is looking for fresh works of art from the realist to the abstract and conceptual which will
be reviewed and considered.

·
There is an entry fee of $15 per piece for up to 10 images.

·
Please include Bio, Artist Statement, and exhibition resume with Submission

·
If you are currently being represented by other galleries, please include a list and contact for each.

·
Please provide Press Coverage in the past 5 years.

·
After initial Submission process, Artists may be asked to bring in physical works of art to be reviewed.If the work is
difficult to transport a studio visit will be arranged.

·
Artists works will be evaluated through evidence of artistic range, command of craft, potential audience, and overall career of artist.

·
Unsolicited mail or on-line applicants that do not contain all necessary componants will
not reviewed and will be discarded.

Image Submission Guidelines:

Online Entry:

On line entries through email should attach image files.Image files must be JPG format and should be approximately 1MB or less in size. Images may also be posted to a dedicated web page and a link provided in the page.Web page images should not be download restricted. In Subject line please write ATTN: Representation.All submissions must indicate within the body of the email the following info for each work:

Your Name

“The Title”

Medium (Oil on canvas, etc)

Dimension Width” x Height” (x Depth” -if applicable)

Framed dimension Width” x Height” (x Depth” -if applicable)

$ Retail price range (Angelnook takes 50%)

Postal Mail Entries:

Entry materials submitted via postal mail will not be returned.All materials submitted should be disposable and will be recycled after the jury process.Artists may submit prints, digital images on CD or DVD.

Prints alone:

Prints of artwork may be up to 8.5” x11” and may be digital or photographic prints.Artist name, title, size, media and price should be on the front or back of the print.

Digital files on CD or DVD:

Digital image files may be submitted on CD or DVD discs in TIF or JPG format.No files larger than 15MB please.Reference prints or image identification sheet must be included.

Deadlines:

Submission for Representation comes three times a year every year on January 1st, May 1st, and September 1st
